Uandaa – End User License Agreement (EULA) & Terms of Service

Welcome to Uandaa. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the following Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

Uandaa is a platform designed to help Latter-day Saints connect for friendship, dating, and language exchange through group voice chats and community interaction. The App includes user-generated content ("UGC"), such as profiles, messages, room titles, and voice chats.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content

Uandaa has zero tolerance for any content or behavior that is illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, or inappropriate. You agree not to post, share, upload, or engage in any of the following:

• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or bullying
• Sexual or pornographic content
• Violence or graphic content
• Discrimination, racism, or attacks against individuals or groups
• Profanity or vulgar language
• Illegal activity or promotion of illegal actions
• Spam, fraud, or misleading content
• Impersonation or identity misuse
• Any content that violates the rights of others

Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal of content, suspension, or permanent account termination.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App respectfully and safely
• Use accurate information in your profile
• Not interfere with other users’ experiences
• Not attempt to harm the App or its services
• Follow all applicable local and international laws

You are responsible for any content you contribute to the App.

4. Content Moderation

To maintain a safe environment, Uandaa may:

• Automatically filter content for profanity or inappropriate language
• Review reported users, rooms, or content
• Remove any content that violates our policies
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content at our discretion.

5. Reporting Objectionable Content

If you encounter abusive, harmful, or inappropriate content, you may report it directly inside the App using the report tools. All reports are reviewed, and necessary action will be taken within 24 hours, including:

• Removing offending content
• Suspending or banning users

We appreciate your help keeping the community safe.

6. Blocking Users

You may block other users at any time. Blocked users cannot contact you or interact with you through the App.

7. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Uandaa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for any harmful or unlawful purpose

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• You post objectionable content
• You misuse the App or disrupt the community

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding availability, performance, or accuracy of content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uandaa is not liable for:

• User-generated content
• Interactions between users
• Damages arising from misuse of the App

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept any changes.
